There are several ways to order. 1) Use our secure website/cart with selected payment methods (Visa/Mastercard/Discover, check or money order). 2) You can also use our printable Mail Order Form (click above). Complete this form and either mail it to the address above or fax it using the above fax number. 3) You may also call and place your order by phone using our toll-free number or local phone.
4) We now accept PayPal Payments! Just place items in
cart and select PayPal as payment method during checkout.
CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS: Custom and special orders require these items be paid in full. Once placed, the order is non-cancelable/non-refundable. Most custom orders take 4-6 weeks. Some take longer. We’ll keep you informed as to your order status.
PRODUCTS & SHIPPING POLICY:
Orders will either be shipped
by us or drop-shipped.
Great care is taken in packing your order.
If an item arrives damaged, be sure to
contact us ASAP or within 3 days.
Please keep all packaging materials and
label until the damage claim is settled.
We ship most items UPS Ground
and smaller items through the post office.
orders are automatically insured up to $100.
When we ship USPS, we do tracking but
insurance is not automatic.
We’ll contact you if we feel an item should
be insured, or contact us if you think it should be insured.

in the shipping rates below:
If you live outside the
continental United States,
we need to charge the applicable rate.
Distance, size and weight
determine shipping charges.
All those factors taken into consideration,
it’s not possible to be 100% accurate every time on the shipping chart

most of the time. However,
shipping may need to be adjusted upward if actual cost is exceeded by
more than a dollar or two.
But also know that if the shipping charge is
too high, we’ll make an adjustment in your favor.

RETURNS: Our goal is to have Happy Campers for customers. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you do not want to keep an item because you don’t like it or changed your mind, please call for Return Authorization within 3 days. Return shipping is customer’s expense. We must receive the item within 30 days of purchase. The product(s) must be in saleable condition with tags/packaging (if included) for a refund to be issued (less original shipping cost). Also, with some items, there’s a re-stocking fee, i.e. quilts. Return shipping costs and any re-stocking fee is customer’s responsibility. If customer receives an item that has a manufacturer’s defect, contact us ASAP. We’ll take care of the problem.
